1. Introduction
Welcome to Home Advantage Plumbing Services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Description of Services
We provide plumbing services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. Our services are provided by licensed and/or experienced plumbers.
3. Payment
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects. We reserve the right to charge interest on past due accounts. Payments not made within 72 hours of completion of service may be subject to a $35 late fee, with late fees accruing every month until balance has been paid (up to 3 months). In the event of non-payment after 3 months, we may seek legal action to recover the debt.
4. Warranty
We provide a warranty on all labor and materials used in our services. Materials provided by customer carries no warranty. Materials provided by customer carries no liability to any damages to home in case of failure or malfunction. The warranty period varies depending on the service provided. Please inquire with our staff for specific warranty details.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of our services. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner may result in a cancellation fee of $49.
7. Code Compliance
We comply with all local and state plumbing codes. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any necessary permits for the work to be performed. We are not responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from non-compliance with plumbing codes.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any personal information without their consent, except as required by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if the customer violates any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where our services are provided.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms and conditions periodically.
